- Please do not send mail with a header including
	Content-Type: text/plain;
        	charset="gb2312"
  to Latin font (EG English, German, French etc) mail lists.
- The `charset="gb2312"` in your mailer header or MIME enclosure
  (appended below) is an explicit statement from your mailer program,
  that you want your all recipients' mailers to display your email
  in the Chinese Guang Bao font set !
- As we do do not discuss things written in Chinese fonts on any
  list I am subscribe to, it's inappropriate & annoying to have mailer
  programs such as EXMH obey your false directive to display your
  Ascii email in random Chinese characters.
