- Corel does not own wrapper & has no rights to control _content_ of wrapper.
- _Use_ of wrapper could be a matter of differing legal opinions, in varying
  legal jurisdictions, whether it is necessary to read web before ftp'ing.
- _Provision_ of wrapper might be claimed to be incitement to infringe Corel's
  rights (to force people to read their licence twice!) in some jurisdictions.  
- Seems no point preparing a patch for `package`.
