.SH DESCRIPTION
There are 2 modes of operation, first time say

flash t 50000
.br
this tells you how long a loop count down of 50000 takes,
next time say
.ce
flash f 5000
.br
this will flash forever at 5000 countdown between flashes.
.SH ENHANCEMENTS
time() functions should be used,
but if they were, 
.I flash
would not be so easily recompilable to target hardware without operating system
support services.

This utility runs on both Msdos 3.2 & Unix.
