Ref your postings, 
- Your company has become a spammer through incompetence:
    - I did Not subscribe or want your German language mailings.
    - I filled in your form in English.  Not German.  English was expected.
    - You were Not authorised to switch language & dump German on me.
    - What you send is unauthorised Spam.
- Do Not rely on an R-DNS look up of recipient email domains, & make a 
  foolish assumption that the native language of every recipient is the
  the language of the country their IP number resolves to:
    - In Munich, 20% are not German. Some don't read it as fast, or at all.
      Some prefer their info in English for further use.
    - Spanish speakers live in the USA.  French people can work in Poland, etc.
    - Mail box forwarding further invalidates R-DNS foolishness.
- My web browser's HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE variable was never German, but eg
  "en-gb,en;q=0.9,de-de;q=0.7,de;q=0.6,fr-fr;q=0.4,fr;q=0.3,it;q=0.1").
  However, HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE is not reliable enough to select mailing
  language: may be wrong for visitors at Internet cafes, international
  transport hubs & multi lingual companies where staff move about.
- Conform to language of your application form, else offer a selection in the
  form, but do not switch to spam in a foreign language after a wrong guess !
- Delete Me or set my subscription to English.
    - I will not use your automatic tools. They are proven faulty.
      You break the law with each unrequested foreign language spam you send.
    - If you send in HTML, ignoring my selected "Mail In Ascii", that is spam.
