   If you are probably American, & think that irrelevant:
	- Being accessory to a criminal offence in Europe, can qualify you
	  for financial sanction in Europe. look no further than
	  massive fines imposed on Microsoft subsidiaries/associates,
	  to realise Americans are not free to do just what they
	  want, regardless of European law.
	- USA congress may permit spammers to excrete on fellow Americans,
	  but congress does not force You to accept spammers' business which
          may come to damage your business.
   Whichever national base:
	- Americans & non Americans who operate Black Hole domain lists
	  will equally black list your domain if you are lenient to spammers.
	- Serious up link service providers may drop your routing.
	- If associated with criminal offences, domain 
	  registration can be cancelled.
Spammer,
   Your USA `right to spam' violates my European right not to be
   spammed.  Directive 2002/58/EC Your request for me to de-register
   myself (& declare myself a live address to be sold on to your
   spam list address provider for rebate on further spam list
   purchases) is rejected & illegal.  Your hosts are now listed for
   net counter attack.
